OUR STORY

Asset Default Management, Inc. (ADM) is headquartered in Agoura Hills, California, and was founded on June 25, 2012.

ADM manages foreclosure activity nationwide, with primary expertise in California and Texas. In both states, ADM provides trustee services for Non-Judicial foreclosures, helping clients navigate required foreclosure milestones while ensuring documentation and communication remain organized throughout the process.

For matters outside California and Texas, we coordinate with an established network of attorneys and vendors familiar with state-specific foreclosure laws and procedures.

Our role is to support lenders, investors, servicers, regional banks, and industry partners with reliable default management services, consistent file-level communication, and a practical understanding of the foreclosure process.

With over a decade of experience in default operations, ADM understands that foreclosure management requires more than processing timelines—it requires responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing borrower situations, legal requirements, and client expectations.
